What are the most important values that a company should have and why?
For a company to work well it has to have values. The values that I consider most important are the following:
Punctuality: in this case reference is made to this value to require employees to respect arrival and departure times, but especially with customers.
Quality: try that the products or services offered are excellent.
Justice: for workers, it is fair to grant each one what is appropriate, not only from the point of view of salary but also with regard to the activities that each of them performs.
Communication: Communication is a fundamental value. It is intended that the relationships and connections within the company members and with the customers of the sea and sincere fluid.
Responsibility: For workers, the company is committed to stability and good working conditions. As for customers, the company is committed to deliver quality goods and services.
Originality: for a company that excels in your product you need innovations, changes and creations.
Security: You have to give the client confidence to believe that they are satisfied in their needs and desires.
Freedom: in this case it is intended that both employees and clients with total security in the case of having beliefs in opinions, as long as they are presented with respect.
Teamwork: teamwork tries to integrate each of the members of the company into the workforce. This requires the participation of different members of the company.
Honesty: Both members of the company and clients must be honest and always tell the truth to build trust and credibility of the company.
